Qualified CIMA accountant for over 25 years. Jim has worked across many business sectors and has been a Finance Director of both Private and Public Companies for the last 15 years. Experienced in all aspects of company finances and possessing a commercially orientated outlook. He was a founding member and owner/manager of a company that was grown organically and by acquisition and subsequently sold to Private Equity. Qualified chartered accountant for 15 years. Sat has substantial experience having been Group Financial Controller in a Private Equity led healthcare investment. He has vast experience in budgeting and cash flow management along with project appraisals. Qualified chartered accountant for 15 years. Janet has been Head of Finance in a No 1 UK retail business. She operated at a high level within senior management to ensure operational decisions and activities met the strategic growth plan of the business. She had previously been in practice with BDO Binder Hamlyn.
